It’s almost 11:00pm and all is dry.
The forecast is for thundery showers tonight and tomorrow morning. I was hoping the rain would arrive early in the evening and be gone by the morning so that I can get out for a decent ride. It doesn’t look like that’s going to happen.
I know that if the rain is doing its thing in the morning, the people I ride with won’t even get out of bed.
It seems like weeks since I’ve been able to get out on a Saturday morning (mainly because it has been) and tomorrow looks like a similar story.
I won’t complain about the rain. We desperately need it. I only wish it had shown up a few days earlier.

I never trust those forecasts anymore.They’ve been saying rain all week.
Don’t worry, I shall wash my car tomorrow afternoon and it will be fine until just after I dry it off and get it all nice and shiny! Then it will rain.
