Whoo hoo, no more computer voices when all you want to do is ask a fellow human a simple question and hopefully get a simple answer.
Hmmm, do Sunrise (Channel 7) read your blog? They talked about this site this morning and gave a couple of examples. I liked their comment that when you do reach a real person it would be nice to reach a real person in Australia!
There is also ivrhacks.com which is a database of US, UK, Australian and Canadian shortcuts to company IVR systems.
