If I had a weakness to live such a life, faith in a worldview that rejects God and the eternal, and seeks out pleasure in this world would be my crutch. The question is, which weakness shall we indulge? Our inherent, blessed weakness for God, or our cursed weakness for the ways of this world? A life of selfishness, attention-seeking and hedonism cannot be desired when we recognise our relationship to God and seek after Him. If I had a weakness to live such a life, faith in a worldview that rejects God and the eternal, and seeks out pleasure in this world would be my crutch.

The question is, which weakness shall we indulge? Our inherent, blessed weakness for God, or our cursed weakness for the ways of this world?
