How to find a thumb drive

Sony4GB.jpgAround a month ago I lost my old 1GB USB drive. I looked high and low but it was nowhere to be found.

While I was still concerned about who might be accessing my personal data, I decided that the drive was a lost cause. I thought that the time had come to bite the bullet and buy a new one.

Yesterday, while shopping, I found a 4GB Sony (pictured) for a very reasonable $24.95.

This morning I thought of one more place to look for the old one. You’ve already guessed that that’s where it was haven’t you? It was inside a folder that I last used on the 21st of October.

Now I can get back into the swing of carrying the data I need backwards and forwards from home to work and wherever I need it.

FAST for FOOD – Day Thirty

Today is the final day of FAST for FOOD which has run throughout November and is a response to the Global Food Crisis that is threatening millions of lives.

If this is the first you’ve heard of this initiative of Compassion you can read my earlier posts. Every 7 Seconds … and FAST for FOOD Explained.

Each day throughout November I’ve posted a short Bible passage from the FAST for FOOD Calendar.

There is a theme for each week of the month and a passage to read as a focus of prayer.

The theme of week four is – DECLARE

Let’s use our God-given authority to speak into situations by boldly declaring His word.

DAY 30 – Ephesians 3:20–21

Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.
