To celebrate The Simpsons switching to HDTV on the US Fox network the opening sequence has been given a makeover.
There are a lot of scenes you’ll remember from the previous opener, which has remained the same for around twenty years, but there are some new surprises too.
That’s a pretty cool new intro, I am glad they didn’t deviate too much from the original. If it had it just wouldn’t feel right I don’t think.

I must respectfully mention that old simpsons are much better than new (post 2000) simpsons. Bring back king of the hill!!!!!
