I grew up to belief what my parents told me, to do what my parents told me too and only now as an adult do I feel free to choose how I want to be a child of God. Not the "what will the people think" type. It's MY journey and I will have to go through it and as you say, if we don't belief the Bible we are only putting our own life's at stake. As long as I too belief Jesus is the Son of God! Not because others say so. Such a true post.
