		<description>That&#039;s a really good perspective, Rodney,and one which I think our culture rails against. In most places, you are encouraged to work to make yourself indispensable - but as I&#039;ve found with those, you end up just getting your life dispensed out of you! Much better to be able to be replaced and keep the more important work (eg family) as the priority.

I only heard a bit of Peter&#039;s work (must admit I&#039;m a radio switcher) but he did a great job.
