The Tour de France is well underway.
So far there has been all kinds of action.
Australian Robbie McEwen won the third stage. He had himself in the yellow jersey for a day and currently has himself in the green.
Lance Armstrong wore the yellow jersey for a day and is now over 9 minutes behind the lead in 6th place. Of course that will all come to nothing when they reach the mountain stages.
The best news is that Aussie Stuart O’Grady won the 5th stage after a long breakaway.
It’s probably just as well that we don’t get live TV coverage here in Australia. I’d be glued to the television for hours each day.
