They may have finshed 4th of the top 4 but Swan Districts Football Club is ready for finals business.
Yesterday they put South Fremantle well and truly out of business for 2004 with a big win in the elimination final. Then Subiaco won their place in the Grand Final by taking an emphatic win over Claremont.
If Swans play next weekend with the same passion and if Claremont continues with their lack lustre performance, Swans will meet Subiaco the following weekend to battle it out for the Premiership.
