One Year of Blogging

It’s hard to believe that I’ve now been blogging for ‘almost’ a year. My first post to The Journey was on Monday the 3rd of November 2003.

I want to take the opportunity to thank the various people who have greatly enhanced my blogging experience during the past 12 months.

Thank you to those who have visited the blog on a regular basis, as well as those who have only dropped in from time to time, or even just once. Thank you to the many people who have added comments.

Thank you to those who have kept up your own blogs, providing me with great reading and inspiration. Many of the blogs I enjoy regularly are listed in the sidebar under The Blog List. Thank you to the very kind people who have added me to their blogroll.

Please remember that you are always welcome to drop in, to leave comments, or just to browse. I also welcome fellow bloggers creating links to posts I’ve written.

On my very first day of posting I said, I think I’ve got things sorted out.

I guess that means I should introduce myself.

My name is Rodney and I live in Perth, Western Australia. The loves of my life are God, my gorgeous wife, my adorable kids and cycling.

I’m sure this blog will take its own shape so I won’t predict anything at this early stage.

I suppose my blog is still taking its own shape and I thank you for the contribution you’ve made to its development during the past 12 months.
