The numbers are in

I’ve had my weigh in.

In eleven days on Daniel’s Diet I lost between 7 and 8 kilograms. (About 17 pounds)

I lost 4 cm around my waist. (About 1 and a half inches.)

I lost 4 cm around my chest.

I lost 1.2 cm around my neck.

  • thats awesome rodney. Congrats! Do you expect to lose a few more in india? You might need to go on a reverse diet when you get back, ask Phillip all the stuff he doesn’t eat and binge. 🙂

  • Well done Rodney. The trick now is to keep it off! One part of this is to increase your basal rate of metabolism. This is achieved by doing regular exercise which increases your muscle mass (it’s the increased muscle mass which raises your metabolic rate, more muscle = more energy required to keep it going). I have heard that cycling is very good for this . . . . . . Spicy foods also provide a short term increase in metabolic rate, I reckon a cycling trip in India would be just the ticket!!
