Talking with Tim

Tomorrow morning (Wednesday 16th March) just after 11:00am, I’ll be chatting to Rev. Tim Costello, C.E.O. of World Vision Australia and one of Australia’s most respected social justice advocates. If you’re in Perth you can listen by tuning to 98.5 Sonshine FM. If not, go to the website and listen on-line.

Tim will be in Perth on Thursday evening to speak at an event being presented by Baptistcare. Click on the link for Tim’s bio and booking details for the evening.

It’s been one year since Costello took up the reigns at World Vision Australia and he’s had a lot to deal with in that time. Probably the biggest challenge he has faced has been the enormity of the relief effort following the Asian Tsunami. I’m sure it’s also something that brings him great satisfaction, knowing the way the Australian people opened their hearts and wallets following the disaster.

Tim Costello always has some good things to say so make a point of listening in.
