Tagged

I was tagged.

Ilona from Truegrit tagged me a couple of days ago with a book meme which is circulating at the moment. Today’s my first chance to do the necessaries and pass the meme along.

Total books owned, ever: I would say I have over 300 books at the moment and I have no idea how many books I’ve had in the past. By the time I start counting books from my childhood and then add school books etc, there would be perhaps hundreds more. I don’t know that anyone’s ever going to get that one absolutely right.

Last book I bought: I don’t know about last book I bought but the last book I was given was probably Smithereens by Shaun Micallef. Great book which I’m enjoying reading.

Last book I read: The last book I finished reading was The Shaping of Things to Come by Al Hirsch and Mike Frost.

Five Books that mean a lot to me: Bible, Revival by Dr. D. Martyn Lloyd Jones, Rebecca by Daphne du Maurier, It’s Not About the Bike by Lance Armstrong, Faith Tried and Triumphant by Dr. D. Martyn Lloyd Jones

Now comes my chance to do some tagging. The meme suggests that I should tag 5 people. I hope you’ll take the opportunity to visit the blogs I mention. They’re all on my regular reading list and worth a visit.

I’m tagging Barb from Barb’s Blog, Jim from The Brasic Family Blog, Kitty from Peregrine Sojo, MC Hendrick from Because I’m Not Dead Yet and Saija from Thro’ a Glass Darkly.
