The 21 Day Challenge

What could turn a stressed, uptight kind of guy into a more calm, relaxed person? What could be so effective that it could take someone who often came home tense over things that had happened to him during the day into someone who now gets home relaxed and in a good mood?

Dr. Ray Pritchard suggests that the 21 Day Challenge could be the key.

It’s not magic or some hollow promise, it’s all about internal perspective change.

  • Count me in. I have been having lots of problems sleeping over the past few months, which I expect is stress related. Made a few changes and it is improving, but still not what I would call a normal sleep pattern.
    I will start tomorrow and report back in 3 weeks!

  • YES! I am up for this. It remionds me a lot of the Serenity Prayer. I am going to print out the prayer and put it in a few strategic places so I will see it every morning.
