After finishing the Freeway Bike Hike yesterday, I was sitting around enjoying the atmosphere at Joondalup when one of the organisers got up on stage to make an announcement about a lost child.
Apparently the parents were by the side of the stage waiting to be reuinited with their young boy, Socrates.

The parents had lost Socrates, but Socrates just had better things to be doing.
There’s some kids I know named “Destiny” and “Freedom”…I like unusual names, but there has to be a limit!
When I heard them announce that Socrates was missing, I thought to my self “thats because he died in 399 B.C.!!
I managed to do a little bike riding onthe weekend myself. It’s been a while since I was last on a bike and I forgot just how much fun it was, well apart from the dodgy gears and the even more dodgy back brake.
It also reminded me just how out of shape I was!
LOL! 😀
