How do you get a baby to sleep?

My regular Monday morning radio guest on 98.5 Sonshine FM is Joan Grosser from Growing Families Australia. Each week we chat about parenting issues and take talkback calls from listeners.

Over the last couple of weeks we’ve been going back to basics and looking at babies. Today we discussed getting babies into a routine, especially a sleeping routine.

One of the hardest things for new parents to adjust to is the lack of sleep that can come with a new addition to the family. If a baby starts to dictate the household routine everyone can end up feeling frazzled and stressed. A lot of parents don’t know that there are simple ways to help a baby develop a healthy routine. Healthy for baby, healthy for mum and healthy for the rest of the family.
