We’re now into the third week of FAST for FOOD which runs throughout November and is a response to the Global Food Crisis that is threatening millions of lives.
If this is the first you’ve heard of this initiative of Compassion you can read my earlier posts. Every 7 Seconds … and FAST for FOOD Explained.
Each day throughout November I’m posting a short Bible passage from the FAST for FOOD Calendar.
There is a theme for each week of the month and a passage to read as a focus of prayer.
The theme of week three is – RENEW OUR MINDS.
Let’s focus on filling our minds with God’s word and His ways so that we become more in-tune with Him.
DAY 15 – Ephesians 4:22–24
You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; to be made new in the attitude of your minds; and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.

Renewing my mind. One of the great spiritual disciplines of my faith each and every morning, and sometimes the noonday too. Beautiful.
Now, I came over here from the CBO page…snake charmer?
Thanks for dropping in LauraLee. Snake charmer? That’d be referring to my recent zoo visiit. 🙂
Have a look at my post Zootopia and you’ll see what it’s all about.
