According to media reports, Britney Spears believes in marriage.

She says the excitement of Las Vegas is partly to blame for her recent 55 hour marriage.

“I do believe in the sanctity of marriage, I totally do, but I was in Vegas, and it took over me.”

Now she can’t understand the fuss. “We landed on Mars that day – why aren’t they talking about that?”

Romans 7:15-17 says – In fact, I don’t understand why I act the way I do. I don’t do what I know is right. I do the things I hate. Although I don’t do what I know is right, I agree that the Law is good. So I am not the one doing these evil things. The sin that lives in me is what does them. (CEV)

I’ve got to say that we all do stupid things and we don’t always come up to the standard we expect of others. However, I still find it difficult coming to terms with accidently getting married.

Britney’s been in the public eye since she was a little girl. She is obviously living a very strange life. I only hope that she is able to get in touch with reality before her life is completely ruined.

I created my new title banner from a photo I took of the sunset in Ceduna last September. I was there on my way across Australia as one of around 30 Bike for Bibles cyclists travelling from Perth, WA to Hobart Tasmania.

We had a very welcome Sunday rest day in Ceduna. It’s a marvellous place to stay, especially when you’ve just pedalled across the Nullarbor.

We’d come a long way but still had around 2500 km still to pedal before reaching Hobart.
