I need a good lie down

Thank goodness I’ve finally found the answer that will help me lose weight.

According to recent research coming out of the U.S I need to get more sleep. A summary of the study’s findings reveals.

* People who sleep two to four hours a night are 73% more likely to be obese than normal sleepers.

* Those who get five hours of sleep are 50% more likely to be obese.

* Those who sleep six hours were 23% more likely to be obese.

* Those who get 10 or more hours are 11% less likely to be obese.

Hey look at that. The more sleep, the better your chances of avoiding obesity.

I’m certainly taking this idea on board. If you don’t hear from me for a while, don’t get too concerned. I’m off to bed for a month.

  • About sleeping more!!

Maybe your blog overlooks that because you are sleeping more you have less time to eat.

Just a thought from one that likes food and doesn’t sleep much.

  • I’m here to tell you that I get plenty of sleep, but still find plenty of time to eat! I mean how much time does it take to eat a cookie or candy bar???

  • I agree with David Kingston… after being involved with Bike for Bibles all we seemed to do in our waking hours was graze… continuously. Its amazing how you can always fit in the time to fit something to eat into your mouth!
