Dreamin'

I just read that most people dream in black and white. Is that right?

Do you dream in colour or black and white? Do you alternate at all? I don’t ever remember dreaming in black and white.

I’ve put a poll in my sidebar just below the guest map. I’d really appreciate your vote and I’d be forever grateful if you asked the people who read your blog to vote too.

  • I have heard that before, too, and so I’ve always thought I was very strange for dreaming in color. But according to your poll results, I am in the majority!

  • Hey there Rocket Rod! My dreams are definately in colour. I had to think about it but then I remembered that I can recall the colour of a person’s hair etc…

  • i’ve heard that too (especially that males are more likely to dream in black and white). funny that so far 7 out of 8 people on your poll dream in colour and the other isn’t sure.

  • Interesting.. I know some people who dream very much like its a comic. For me, I can sometimes have a dream that is so real I can’t tell the differences between it and real life and what I remember of the dream if it is real or not. I also do that whole insomniacs thing – where I dream I am awake trying to sleep when in actual fact I am sound asleep.
