I mentioned a couple of days ago that I’d caught up with a good friend of mine.
Lance is a pretty courageous bloke because he’s dealing with issues that a lot of Christians would prefer to sweep under the carpet. While he has found that there’s not many exisiting ministries equipped to understand his situation or offer help, he continues seeking personal change and healing.
He has set up his own internet radio station on a free site. It’s just a taste of what he hopes to create in the future. At the moment it is a string of well chosen songs. In future it’ll sound a lot more like ‘the real thing.’
He eventually wants to set up a number of net radio stations targeting people with specific life issues such as homosexuality, addictions, depression etc. He wants to create something for all those people who don’t fit the current Christian radio approach.
As someone who has found music to have an incredible potential to speak to the heart, I think it’s a great idea.
Do you think some of your friends would enjoy reading Internet Radio with a Difference? Please use the buttons below to share the post. Thanks.
Lance sounds like an interesting guy.
Too bad he’s gay.
Oh well….”Love the sinner..hate the sin”.

When I read, Oh well….”Love the sinner..hate the sin”, I thought I’d had a visit by Ned Flanders.
Great to have you dropping by.
And by the way … you’re right … Lance is an interesting guy and I’m very pleased to be able to call him my friend. 🙂
