The Thought Factory

A friend of mine, Sheridan Voysey, has a great website that’s worth checking out.

It’s called The Thought Factory and it contains some excellent original content as well as some links to some great articles on other sites.

Here’s what the short bio on his site says:

Sheridan Voysey is a writer, speaker and broadcaster based in Perth, Western Australia.

As a writer Sheridan writes a monthly column for Australia’s national Christian publication ALIVE Magazine, contributes regularly to the devotional Soul Journey, has been published in the US based Discipleship Journal as well as other publications and on numerous websites. Sheridan hopes to have his first book published within the next 78 years.

As a speaker Sheridan is passionate about exploring ideas, employing creativity and engaging the imagination while addressing themes like Christian living, spiritual growth and discipleship. In a training setting Sheridan enjoys developing others in leadership, media and communication skills. He can facilitate small groups and address large crowds … and occasionally people actually understand what he’s talking about.

As a broadcaster Sheridan is the morning announcer on Perth’s 98.5 Sonshine FM. His interviews and forums are often heard on Christian radio stations throughout Australia, New Zealand and beyond. His willingness to tackle issues is well known; his on-air blunders are legendary.

Sheridan is on the leadership team at Mount Hawthorn Baptist Church, is married to Merryn, loves Thai food, is somewhat partial to dark chocolate, devours books, values solitude, hopes to one day own a puppy and is constantly working on his sense of humour.

Check out his site and perhaps sign up for his monthly Thought Starter emails. Say G’day from me and tell him I sent you.
