Finally … the rain that we’ve been promised for so long has arrived.
It was nice to get up early this morning and see the rain bucketting down. It’ll probably only last a day but that’s OK. Everything will look clean and fresh for a little while.

That’s strange. It belted down with rain here yesterday for a good 30 minutes and only a few suburbs away they got nothing. And today, nothing but sunshine.
It is a nice sight to see the lawn looking green this morning.
