The siege at Crystal Cathedral is continuing. Our newsroom at Sonshine FM will update the situation on-air during the next news bulletin. I understand that we’re still using portions of an interview recorded earlier with Stacy L. Harp.
Stacy L. Harp is about to head off to bed but she has posted the latest information on her website here.
The current situation from Stacy is as follows:
According to both CBS and NBC news the following is still taking place.
* Robert Schuller has recorded a message for the gunman.
* The power to the Crystal Cathedral has been shut off because the gunman was monitoring the news.
* The swat team is still working with the wife, doctors and police to talk the man into giving up peacefully.
Stacy is right there at the scene so keep an eye on her site for all the latest. I’m sure she’ll post lots of details in the morning when she gets out of bed.
