feedfivethousand.com is a new website that’s been put together by an old mate named Owen Beck.
The site says, The purpose of this site is to provide a forum for people who want to do more than just warm a church pew. We hope you will be encouraged to engage with those around you, those who live outside your comfort zone, and those whom others may even consider to be ‘the enemy’.
I’ve had a quick look around at the site and the associated forums and I reckon that it could be a worthwhile place to get involved. I hope to interview Owen on-air somtime next week about his hopes for the site and the community that it builds.

It’s true that everyone is free to have an opinion but I am slightly offended by the comments made on this page:

in regards to missionary life. I just don’t see how tearing down missionaries (as the t-shirt logo does)is gospel promotional. What he says about missionaries on that page is extremely generalised and lacking in true understanding. Not sure where I can comment about that particular part of his blog on his site.
I explored the website and I really like it. Especially the “Mediocrity makes me puke” graphic. I emailed him for permission to put it on my blog. Thanks for the link.
