There was a flying insect buzzing around in the studio at 98.5 Sonshine FM a few minutes ago. I looked around for some insect spray but the only thing we have in here is a can of insect repellent spray; the kind you spray on yourself to keep insects away.
I’m just wondering what happens if you spray bugs with that kind of spray. Do they suddenly repel themselves? Do they no longer want to be around themselves? Do they have a self esteem crisis? Do they come to the realisation that no matter how far you go your problems will follow you? Do they die of loneliness because none of their friends want to hang out with them anymore?
Normal insect spray just kills the insects. Does insect repellent spray cause them to become self-loathing creatures? Do they cause themselves harm because they can’t stand to go on living life as the hideous creature they’ve become? And the biggest question of all, why does my mind work this way?

Hilarious!
This was just the laugh I needed today.
You are a strange and unusual man Rodney . . . . . I like it!
Hey Rodney, how do I get a blog list of others? eg yourself and JD for starters. Did you read my F is for FUN? We were on similar wave length.
I’ll send you the details Keasty. Keep an eye on your email.
You know, all the times I’ve tried to kill bugs and cockroaches with insect repellent spray, I’ve never thought I might be just depressing them.
Actually, here’s a little tip, never spray any kind of insect spray on cockroaches. Boiling water does the trick far more effectively.
But what actually DID happen to the bug? Did repellent spray end it’s buzzing…? I feel like I’m hanging in the air without knowing the ending… 🙂
