A Kezza question

Kezza has decided to ask, “… the most important question of them all … what does it feel like to be famous?”

Kezza, if I ever become famous, I’ll let you know.

While I do work on radio I am a long way from being famous. I have the amazing privilege of talking to thousands of people every day via my morning programme but I’m certainly not instantly recognised wherever I go.

Radio is an interesting medium. Television is all about fame and celebrity but radio is just about being an average person talking about average stuff. Radio is about being a friend and that’s just what I try to do.

I’m sure that if you asked most people if they know who Rodney Olsen is they would just say, “who?”
