Four Masters

We had a rather splendid Sunday afternoon. I was the master of ceremonies for the Four Masters at Music concert held at Wesley church in the city.

The concert was a fundraiser for Citizen Advocacy Eastern Suburbs and featured The Australian Army Band Perth under the direction of Dean Griffiths, The Churchlands Choral Society Choir directed by Tim Cunniffe, John Beaverstock on the magnificent pipe organ and Jacinta Jacovcevic playing the grand piano. They each presented some magnificent pieces on their own but the times they all combined were quite breathtaking.

The concert ended with a wonderful rendition of I still Call Australia Home. Some amazing performances and so good to see some money going towards Citizen Advocacy Eastern Suburbs who do such a wonderful job in our community.

  • Isn’t Jacinta great!?! She’s a bit of a “bopper” when you watch her play – bouncing around on the piano stool as she plays. She often wears her hair in a single ‘pony tail’ so it makes the bouncing even more noticable. But great to hear her play! I’m a bit of a fan…
