The Australian Christian Lobby has created a new website called Make a Stand. They say that the aim of the new site is “to assist the Australian public to respond to political issues in a timely and effective manner”.
They are currently campaigning against human cloning. The website says, “Human cloning is back on the agenda. Two Private Members Bills are being put forward to the Federal Parliament that support human cloning, one by Democrat’s Senator Natasha Stott Despoja, and the other by Liberal’s Senator Kay Patterson.”
If you’re against human cloning, or you’d like to see what they have to say on the issue, you can go to the site where you’ll find an online petition.
