Unreality TV

We all knew a long time ago that Reality TV had gone too far, but surely none of us expected this.

This is not helpful for anyone. A report from news.com.au points out just how low television standards have sunk.

A BRITISH reality show that begins airing in two weeks will show couples having sex on camera while the co-hosts assess their performance and offer suggestions on how they could improve.

Exhibitionism isn’t reality. TV has been sick for a long time. I think they should put it down.

  • I have to say I prefer South Africa’s reality TV – in the form it took this morning of a live broadcast of a couple of rhino being darted and relocated in the Kruger National Park. MUCH better than the British junk! 🙂

  • Well, we knew it would happen eventually. It kinda makes you wonder what’s next. How long until we start to look more like the last days of the Roman Empire?

  • yeah, everyone should throw their tv’s out and just start listening to the radio again. I know this good station in perth…the morning announcer is a bit funny, but other than that its a great listen. 🙂

  • I agree with Michelle – reality TV is all about nature programmes…I have often said that real reality TV seemed to end with the passing of Jaques Costeau…

  • This is reality? I think NOT. This is the world as the dark side would have us believe. Reality… is that this dark realm is in opposition to the light, the true reality. Jesus…I am the way, the truth and the light.

  • That’s just . . . I am lost for words. It’s pornography, and nothing more.
Now a TV program about a bunch of cyclists riding across Australia for Jesus, now that would be reality television worth watching!
