The Doors

I spotted a blog dedicated only to pictures of front doors today.

I decided I should share a few of my own door pictures. These three were gathered in India.

The first one is from the Taj Mahal.

The second one is a door at Red Fort in Agra.

Number three is from a very old building in Delhi. I’m not quite sure what the building is but it was near a church that I visited.

  • Hi Rodney, thanks for your comment on my Front Door blog. I like your door pictures too. Why don’t you have your door pictures featured in my blog? I link back to your site with every posting. Email me at frontdoors@gmail.com
    Thanks /T/

  • Rodney,
Thanks for commenting on Front Doors
About your indian doors, could you send them to frontdoors@gmail.com in as big size as you have available? I might touch them up slightly. Of course you get credit and link back.

    Melissa,
If you can get your friend to actually share those pictures with me, that would be great. I do not post photos without permission of the photographer. Tell him I’ll link back to his website. You can also give him my frontdoors@gmail.com email address.
    Thanks /T/

  • A while back I went with friends to a winery in the Hunter Valley (NSW), as guests of the owner. He’d travelled many times to India, and fell in love with their huge elephant doors. He managed to ship a few over, and now they feature not only in his winery, but also in his house…imagine having elephant doors inside your house!
