Dreaming

I think I had a strange dream a couple of nights ago. You know those dreams where they seem so real that you wake up almost convinced that it actually happened? That is until you sit down and tell yourself that it’s very unlikely that you actually did have afternoon tea with a horse named Trevor.

I may have had a slightly more realistic dream along those lines the other night … or maybe it was real. I have recollections of being awake in the middle of the night with pains in my chest. I couldn’t get comfortable and I couldn’t get back to sleep. Not the greatest dream if that’s what it was.

I know that you should see a doctor quick smart if you have chest pains but I can’t be sure that I did. If it was real, it was more like a bad case of indigestion than anything more sinister. I woke up feeling just fine so if it was real … it seems to have passed. If it was a dream … I’d rather not have another one like that.

As for seeing a doctor, I think I’d feel a little silly asking for a diagnosis on a pain that I possibly only dreamt. Maybe the best course of action is to wait until I go to sleep tonight and dream about visiting a doctor.
